Four silk screens are necessary to build up the broad variety of tone and detail on each illustration. The images are then carefully placed by hand onto 25cm porcelain Wedgwood dinner plates, prior to firing at Stoke-on-Trent, the historical home of England’s heritage pottery industry.
These plates are dishwasher safe.
