Patchwork Daisy's original hand painted name plaque with polka dots letters and gingham effect plaque, each letter is finished off with stitching effect edges and fabric polka dot butterfly embellishments. Available in an array of colours, the pink scheme currently being the most popular.

Each plaque measures 5″ high, and length is dependent on the name - please note: name plaques are not painted on the reverse.

Everything created by patchwork daisy is hand painted to order. We take great care over every order we receive and this can mean you may have to wait a little while. We aim to send out your completed creation within 2 – 3 weeks, however our products are so popular that sometimes it can take up to 4 weeks when we are in high demand, or to allow for workshop holidays.
