Patchwork Daisy's shabby chic floral name plaques, available is a handful of colours, every flower is individually hand painted so no two are ever the same. This is a firm patchwork daisy favorite. Price is per plaque, any name up to 9 letters. With an option of gingham ribbon hanging or sticky pads.
Each plaque measure 5" in height, and uses 3" letters - length depends on name, please note: name plaques are not painted on the reverse.
Everything created by patchwork daisy is hand painted to order. We take great care over every order we receive and this can mean you may have to wait a little while. We aim to send out your completed creation within 2 – 3 weeks, however our products are so popular that sometimes it can take up to 4 weeks when we are in high demand, or to allow for workshop holidays.

This item is great and I really like the fact that you can tell it is handmade. The quality is excellent and I would definitely recommend both the item and patchwork daisy to family and friends. I also liked that I was kept upto date with my order via emails and the information given to me was correct, right down to the delivery date.
