  I am absolutely delighted with both the product and service. I emialed to ask for a delivery date which was a bit earlier than that sheduled, and was so pleased to receive the parcel in very good time; thank you. I was also most impressed with the prompt reply to my email query so I'll have no hesitation in using Not on the High Street again.

  On the site, it offered lower case letters, which I ordered. When they arrived they were all upper case letters. On returning them to the provider they reimbursed my money and said they only do capital letters. Why did they even offer the option of lower case on the site in that case? And when they saw I had ordered lower case, why didn't they contact me to say they couldn't provide this and give me the option of upper case rather than just sending the latter. Very unprofessional. I was also very disappointed with the 'silver' metallic finish, which I'd paid extra for and which looked nothing like the photos on the site. Very dissatified. They did contact me by email to apologise.

They use a high quality metallic paint on all their wooden letters but can see that this may not be the same finish if the letters were cast from metal instead. They have taken on board your comments about the lower case letters and have now added a note to their bespoke letters to ensure that it is clear that they can only offer upper case letters as advertised in our pictures.
