We deliver nearly all our orders using Royal Mail 24 signed for delivery. If your order has taken longer than 1 week please contact us as soon as possible so we can provide the tracking code and investigate in order that we can get your order to you on time.
Where a delivery has been attempted and an item is not collected from the local Royal Mail delivery office within 18 days customers will be responsible for the cost of resending the item. If a refund is then requested any initial delivery charge is non-refundable.
Where an incorrect delivery address has been provided customers are responsible for the cost of resending to the correct address.
Where an incorrect delivery address has been provided any refund processed will be minus the cost of delivery.
Any guaranteed delivery postage cost will not be refunded unless delivery does not arrive in time as advertised.
