Products are delivered free of charge by 2nd Class Royal Mail. If you wish to have the item delivered by any other method i.e. 1st class post, next day delivery etc., please contact "ask the seller a question". The jewellery wraps are wrapped in tissue with a ribbon tie and the customer may request a gift box for a small additional cost.

Since the goods are handmade to order the delivery times may occasionally be slightly longer than stated. Should this be the case I will notify the customer immediately. Please note that for 3 or more items ordered at any one time the delivery time may be slightly longer and I will notify the customer. For 6 or more items ordered at any one time the delivery time will be 2 - 3 weeks minimum.

Christmas orders - Please ensure that you order in time for Christmas especially for any items which require personalisation. Delivery times will be extended for the Christmas shopping period and these will be stated nearer the time.
