We do not keep stock. Each piece is especially hand made to order. Due to the nature of our product no one piece is exactly the same and some variation from the examples shown here is to be expected. Delivery should take 6-8 weeks from receipt of order. In cases it will take less than this however during particularly busy periods delivery could take longer. If this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note it is possible to make small alterations to the design/size/finish of your selected piece/s. Should you wish to make any changes be sure to contact Under the Oak Tree promptly to avoid disappointment or delay to your order.
