We aim to despatch cards and collages as quickly as possible, normally within a few days of receiving an order. If we anticipate any unusual delays we always let customers know.

If you wish us to put a brief message in a Tweedmatters card and send it to a UK address other than yours, please provide clear instructions in the "gift message" box at the checkout. There is no additional charge for this service which is available only to customers who buy a Tweedmatters card together with a Tweedmatters framed collage and opt for the free giftwrap service. (Cards despatched in this manner will be posted without the protective cellophane wrap).
