All our charms and pendants are individual handmade pieces of jewellery and therefore will vary slightly from those shown. Each piece is cut and engraved, then polished to a high standard, which gives it a very natural finish adding to its charm and individuality.
Care of Your Charms and Pendants
As the charms are 99.9% silver they are susceptible to scratching and tarnishing. We would recommend that you polish your charms and pendants with a soft non-abrasive cloth rather than using a commercial silver dip as this may remove the antiquing finish.
Urgent Orders
Upon acceptance of order the materials required for taking the hand, foot and paw prints will be posted within 2 days, and dispatch of the finished product will be within 2 weeks of receipt of completed prints. With regard to drawings and / or handwriting these may be emailed or posted to us, the details of which are provided upon acceptance of order. The same dispatch time will apply. However, should you have an urgent deadline, we will endeavour to accommodate this, so please do not hesitate to contact us to make your request.
