All our products are handmade so each one is unique and designed specifically for every order, so the images used on the website are reproduced as accurately as possible, but to take note that some colours may vary slightly, with this in mind if you wish to see a screen shot/image of a particular design before you purchase to make sure you are happy with the colour combination, layout or font style, please do not hesitate to contact us via ask the seller a question and we will be more than happy to help you.

We would also like our customers to take note that because of the nature of the materials we use on our products, to expect with time the applique motif designs will fray beautifully adding to the overall style of the item.

If you are not happy with your gift from TillieMint please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, any time after this we apologise in advance we will not be able to accept returns unless the item has been damaged before you have received your gift.

Lastly all our products are made with our fair hands so we like to make sure our customers are aware that we aim to dispatch orders between 5-7 working days via royal mail first class recorded delivery.
