If you have any concerns regarding delivery or would like to speak to us please do not hesitate to contact us via enquiries and we will do our best to answer your questions.

All our items are made to order so we ask for you to allow at the least 5 to 10 working days from when you place your order for your item to be delivered.

We send all our products using royal mail standard delivery.

For oversees customers we aim to send out all our products within 7-10 working days also using Royal Mail international delivery, but we would like to bring to your attention to please make sure you allow for the delivery time to avoid disappointment.
