Just wanted to send in some feedback on The Painted Clock and say how wonderfully helpful Alison was!  We had problems receiving our delivery (entirely between us and Royal Mail) and I contacted Alison to warn her that the clock we'd ordered might get returned to her.  Well it did but too late for our (late) Christmas... but by then she'd already offered to paint a new one and send it next day delivery to make sure it got to us in time for our family get-together.  Very impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the service - thank you again Alison!
