Each item is individually made, however orders will be despatched as quickly as possible, normally within 10-14 days. Larger and more complex orders may take longer. If this is the case you will be notified.

Colours, sizes and styles may vary slightly from piece to piece.

If by any unfortunate chance your order does not arrive and has been lost in the post, you can request a refund or I will re-do your order. In the event that this happens, I will and do pursue claims through Royal Mail on your behalf. As I have to give them details of any loss or damage, they may contact you to verify this.
