Stock Availability
We do endeavour to hold all stock at all times. However it is occasionally the case that only a limited amount of stock is available due to the specialist nature of either the goods or our suppliers who are often small families or collectives with limited manufacturing capacity.
In some cases an item may prove to be extremely popular and we may have sold out of this item. If stock is not available for any reason then we are happy to back order the item for you. We will contact you using the details you supplied at the time of placing your order and advise you of an estimated delivery date. If you'd rather not wait and would prefer to cancel your order, we will refund you for those items not in stock. If you choose to back order an item, but have ordered other items which are in stock - we will part-ship the rest of your order in the meantime.
