Orders

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions and those of notonthehighstreet.com.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Sula Clothing will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you.

If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you by email.

How to cancel an order

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us through notonthehighstreet.com and include the following:

Customer name, Order number and Date of order.

If your order has already been dispatched to you, you may return the item(s) within 28 days of delivery (please follow the procedure set out in the Returns policy).

Returns policy

We strongly advise all customers check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

All items must be returned to us at the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that you use recorded/registered delivery and obtain proof of postage. Sula Clothing can't be held responsible for items lost, delayed or damaged when being returned.

Please note that returns or exchanges received outside 28 days will not be accepted, unless previously authorised by Sula Clothing.

Our 28-day guarantee means that if, for any reason, you're not totally happy with your items, you can return them to us within 28 days of the date you ordered them. We will be happy to make an exchange or refund - provided the items are returned in perfect condition with labels attached and still in their original packaging.

Description of Goods

Every care has been taken to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this website are correct. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, but the information, including product descriptions may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

Although we do our best to maintain continuity in colour, slight variations in fabric colours may occur. As our Silk is hand-woven and dyed, you can expect slight variations of tension in the weave. This is a mark of its unique handmade quality and in no way constitutes a defect.

Refunds

Refunds will not be processed until we have received the unwanted goods. Please allow up to 28 days for refunds to be processed.
