ORDERING

Once you place an order with notonthehighstreet.com, you will receive an e-mail to acknowledge we received your order. Note that an order does not constitute a contract between Starblu and yourself. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Starblu.

ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT

Starblu will accept and process your order if a successful payment has been made, at which point you are entering into a contract with Starblu. We may refuse to process an order for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Starblu will do its best to fulfil the order you placed. If the item you ordered became out of stock or unavailable for any reason, you will be asked whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. If there was any such problem with your order, you will be notified by e-mail soon after placing your order.

For indication, we would aim to come back to you within two days.

PRICES & GOODS

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is concluded will be honoured and you will be charged accordingly.
