We hope you will be delighted with your Snapdragon purchase. However if you are not satisfied please inform us within 7 days and return the items within 14 days with their original packaging, in a secure parcel, in original condition and with proof of purchase. We will then arrange a replacement or full refund. We regret we can not refund postage, unless the item is faulty.
We are unable to give refunds on personalized items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, message or other customized aspect.
