All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class.

Orders of non-personalised items placed before 12:00pm will be sent out the same day. Orders placed at any other time will be sent out the following day. "Sale" items will be dispatched within 5 days.

Our personalised items are hand-printed to order and therefore take a little longer to dispatch. We aim to dispatch all personalised orders within 7 days.

If you need your order in a hurry please do let us know and we will do our best to get it sent out to you.
