All jewellery is made to order and once your payment has been approved and your addess verified your items will be sent within 5-7 workng days. At busier times this period may be extended however you will be notifed within 48 hours if this is the case.

Description of productsWe will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products are correct. We take ever care to ensure that photographs shown are a true reflection of the product, however due to the nature of semi-precious stones and freshwater pearls there may be some slight variation in colour.

Care of your JewelleryThree basic rules for caring for your jewellery and ensuring it has a long life.

Keep it dry. Never put your jewellery in water as it can cause threads to break and the discolouring of pearls and stones.
Store carefully and wear with care. Store your jewellery in its individual gift box or in a jewellery case to avoid items scratching, tangling or tarnishing. Silver jewellery will tarnish with time and it can be cleaned using a silver cloth. Avoid storing pearls in plastic as this can make them appear dull.
Protect from cosmetics. Avoid wearing your jewellery when spraying perfume or hairspray as this can significantly dull and discolour stones and the luminescence of pearls.

AcceptanceUpon receipt of the goods you must inspect the goods and you will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with our returns & refunds policy. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Health & safetyYou are expected to exercise all appropriate precautions to ensure that the goods provided by Sarah Kavanagh Jewellery are used only for the purpose for which they were intended. Our products are not toys and whilst every care is taken in the manufacture of our products they are, by definition, fragile and may be easily broken if mishandled. Further, it is obvious that component parts of each purchase may be readily detached unless handled properly and such component parts are extremely attractive to children. Care and common sense should be used to ensure that children in particular do not have access to any item or packaging that may result in them being harmed or injured in any way. Sarah Kavanagh Jewellery cannot, and does not, accept any liability for any injury howsoever caused resulting from the supply or manufacture of any product.
