Delivery - Most orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days of receiving the order. We make every effort to deliver goods to you as rapidly as possible, however if the item is out of stock or is going to be delayed in any way then we will contact you via email with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
Delivery costs within the UK can vary according to the nature of the product; please refer to notonthehighstreet.com standard delivery policy for more information. For quotes on delivery within the rest of Europe and outside of Europe - please contact us.
Pricing Policy - Every item is described as accurately as possible. If a pricing error occurs for a reason beyond our reasonable control e.g. alterations to the rate of value added tax, we will advise you accordingly.

Returns & Cancellation Policy - It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the time of delivery. You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying us by email within two days of placing your order. In such cases a full refund will be made to your Credit / Debit Card. You may cancel your purchase of goods within 7 days of receipt of goods by notifying us by email by clicking on the 'ask the seller a question' link. You must then return the goods to our registered address - 214 Gloucester Road, Bristol BS7 8NU securely and in the original packaging and at your own expense. Please note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we reserve the right not to accept their return. Sage, inspired by Life will refund your purchase price to you in full within 30 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery, and we recommend returning high-value items using registered post. You should notify us of receipt of faulty goods within two days of receipt and return them to us directly.
Time limitation for notification of claims - Damage in transit: If the goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery note (where applicable) and it will be your responsibility to inform us of the damage within two days of delivery.
Shortages - Where applicable it is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery note and it will be your responsibility to notify us of any shortages within two days from delivery.
Incorrect goods - It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within two days from delivery.
Non-Deliveries - We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.
Liability - We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or any loss to the customer arising from third party claims.
Distance Selling Regulations - Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification.
