Returns & Cancellation Policy
It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the time of delivery. You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying us by email within two days of placing your order. In such cases a full refund will be made to your Credit / Debit Card. You may cancel your purchase of goods within 7 days of receipt of goods by notifying us by email by clicking on the 'ask the seller a question' link.
You must then return the goods to our registered address - 214 Gloucester Road, Bristol BS7 8NU securely and in the original packaging and at your own expense. Please note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we reserve the right not to accept their return. Sage, inspired by Life will refund your purchase price to you in full within 30 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery, and we recommend returning high-value items using registered post. You should notify us of receipt of faulty goods within two days of receipt and return them to us directly.
