We aim to keep most items in stock, so we normally expect to ship your order within 5 days from the date of receipt (within 2 days in most cases). If, however, your order is going to take more than 5 days, we will contact you immediately with an estimated delivery date.

Postage and packing via Royal Mail First Class Signed For (recorded delivery) is free for UK orders over £30 – this requires a signature on arrival but does not have a tracking capability. Standard delivery (First Class Signed For) for orders under £30 costs just £2.45. Standard Courier Delivery (£3.95) is by Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next-day delivery), which also insures your jewellery in transit. Certain items are also available with Express 2 Day delivery, which means if you order in the UK before 12pm on a weekday, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next-day delivery).
