All orders are sent 1st Class via Royal Mail. Orders are usually dispatched within two working days. At peak times, especially Christmas this could be slightly longer.
Goods not received within 15 working days will give you two options:
1. We can replace the item and ask you to take part in our claims process against the courier.
2. We can ask you to take part in our claims process against the courier and provide a refund once a succesful claim has been made, around 28 days.
If something is not in stock, we will advise as to whether we can produce it.
Goods offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.
