delivery

Delivery is £2.45 on orders under £30 and free on all orders over £30. All orders £15 and over will be sent by "Recorded Delivery” with the Royal Mail and should take 2-4 days to reach you. Overseas orders are sent by “International Signed for” with the Royal Mail and should take 5-10 days. These orders will require a signature.

Items lost in transit

Orders sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery are subject to Royal Mail terms. Parcels are not considered lost/ missing by the Royal Mail until 15 days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 15 days after the order sending date. Tracking information is available upon request.
