Once we have received your order we will confirm it with you. The order will then be dispatched by courier within the specified period, for delivery to the address specified at the time of the order. Our standard delivery charge is for MAINLAND UK ONLY. Delivery could be any time between 9am - 4pm. Please provide us with instructions on where the boxes could be left should the recipient be out, as returning to the depot might incur additional costs or cause damage to the plants. If you require the box on or before a specific day, please specify at the time of ordering and we will contact you to discuss. The plants always leave us in prime condition, so if there is any sign of damage or tampering on delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
