The dates we have set for Christmas delivery air on the side of caution as we do want your order to arrive in time. Placing an order after this time still might reach you if you upgrade as we then will send at that service level either first class or courier. We can not at this time of year offer any guarantee for Royal Mail or a courier service fullfilling their to obligation to us hence 19th being the date we've set.

Honesty is always the best policy and we do not make promises we can't keep. We will always post same day if possbile and with the courier next day at the latest but once it leaves us.........it is beyond our control.
