Our framers are closed for the Christmas period. So our last guaranteed framing date for orders is 14.12.14. Anything placed after this date will ship around the 9th January, once they reopen. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your parcel before Christmas. Normal prints will be available as per normal Christmas posting dates below.

Our offices will close for the Christmas period from 23rd December until 2nd January 2015. No express options will be live during this period

We cannot guarantee that any items placed after 21st December will be shipped before Christmas. All items placed after this time will be shipped upon our return in January.


Please note with ALL deliveries, we ship in good faith on time and rely on third party delivery companies to ensure that the parcels reach you in good time and tip top condition as per their displayed dates. If they let us down - we are of course sorry, but this is out of our teams control, but will do their best to resolve any issues as best they can. Royal Mail ask us to allow up to 10 days to deliver 1st class during peak times. So please select an express service if you are in a hurry or working to specific dates. They also do not allow us to leave delivery comments.

We normally dispatch in stock product within 2-5 days for delivery by first class post (5-7 at peak times). Over Christmas and Holidays when the office is closed, we set the standard delivery time to 10-14 days to allow for the closures and non dispatch days with our packers. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to third party delivery companies.

Art prints, unframed and personalised is normally dispatched within our standard delivery timeframe 2-5 days. Framed / Bespoke items are made to order and so can take an extra 7-21 days after the dates quoted depending on demand.

Standard shipping is via Royal Mail 1st class post. This is not a tracked service and normally takes 1-2 days to deliver (up to 10 days at peak) as quoted by RM. However this is neither a guaranteed nor tracked service. Should you require a secure delivery date we recommend one of the express options which are tracked and signed for. Please make sure someone will be there to take delivery or we reserve the right to charge for redelivery. All framing is sent via courier

A4 Art Prints are sent in a cello wrap and gift envelope with card stiffener which should fit through letter boxes. A3 and larger prints are sent wrapped in acid free tissue or equivalent and then rolled and placed in a coloured premium gift tube. These are placed in a plastic mailer bag for shipping. Framed items are sent via courier and someone must be there to sign for the items. If you are not and you miss repeated attempts, you will be liable for reshipping costs.

Royal Mail do not take 'special instructions' about where to leave parcels. Whilst first class is normally delivered within 1-2 days, they allow up to 10. Next day delivery is via Special Delivery or an equivalent 24 hour courier - please make sure you give us an address and valid postcode where someone can sign for your items. Express items cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

Art, Express & Heavy items are dispatched using a courier so please be sure you quote a delivery address where someone can sign... if goods are returned to us due to non collection - we reserve the right to charge for redelivery of the item.

We CANNOT offer framed goods on express due to their nature. We also do NOT ship framed items internationally

We cannot offer refunds on Balloons or Food packaging due to their nature (eg straws and loose packed baking goods). Nor on opened products which are sealed for delivery.

We do pack our goods well, and follow guidelines from the delivery companies - but the courier and delivery systems are out of our control and occassionally we have had damage to the packages. We will of course organise their return and replacement, as long as we are notified by email / cms within 48 hours of receipt to validate our insurance.

If you have not received your goods within 7 days of the dispatch advice please let us know, so that we may process a claim and organise replacement if necessary.
