Goods will be accepted for return if received in the same condition as dispatched within seven days and in the original packaging for a full refund. Please not that the majority of our products are made to order to your specification. Made to order items- including all ceramic and glasscabinet knobs, pulls, tiebacks and all pewter knobs and accessories- cannot be returned for a refund unless found to be faulty.

Goods damaged in transit must be reported to The Papilio Collection within 48 hours of receipt. Claims for a refund can only be approved once the goods are received in our studio. Please complete the return form at the bottom of the despatch letter sent with your goods, carefully re-pack the item in its original packaging, and return to us using an insured delivery service. Please obtain a receipt from the Post Office as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in return post.

Our cancellation penalty is 25% of the total price quoted on your order.In the event that the goods have already been dispatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order, you must return the goods to us and we will refund the price of the goods minus the penalty within 30 days, beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. The cost of return carriage must be borne by you. Failure to deliver by the specified time, is not permissible grounds for cancellation without penalty.
