If you have ordered an item with a delivery charge greater than £10 our transport office will call you to arrange the delivery in advance.
All our large items are delivered by a furniture delivery specialist who will unpack the item for you upon delivery. We do have a 2 man delivery available should you require room of choice or assistance with the delivery please let us know, and we can advise of the delivery surcharge.
If you have ordered Goods with a delivery charge greater than £10, You are required to carry out a visual inspection of Your item(s) upon delivery, to ensure that the Goods have been delivered undamaged. Our drivers are unable to complete your delivery until you have carried out this inspection, so please ensure you allow time for this upon accepting a delivery timeslot. Please note, there is no time limit assigned to this inspection. Take as long as you need to ensure you are happy. If you have any concerns contact our customer services dept.
We aim to fulfil all deliveries within 4 weeks, but please be aware that lead times in the furntiure industry can be longer than other industries. No matter what you order you will be contacted by our customer services department within one week and given an expected due date for your item.
