Postage and Packaging – we post Royal Mail “Signed For”. Postage and packaging costs are calculated automatically and are shown on your order form. This only applies to mainland UK shipping. The total cost of your order will be displayed before you pay. If you are Europe or International postage, we will inform you of the extra cost by email.Deliveries – we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 days of receiving your order. If an order is urgent, please let us know before placing the order. Returns - Due to the nature of the products sold, we are unable to offer any refund once your purchase is opened. We wrap and package all our products with great care. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs in transit. Any damaged goods should be returned immediately, unopened, and will be replaced. We will replace damaged goods or issue a credit note. We abide by "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm - this means we will take all reasonable care to ensure that goods supplied are in an acceptable condition. You must therefore contact us immediately upon any problems you may experience concerning any goods purchased from this site. Cancellations - in line with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, if a customer cancels their order (within the 7 day period allowance) a refund will be provided within 30 days of cancellation. The consumer will be held liable for the cost of returns if the order has already been processed and moneys received. consumers' statutory rights are not affected.
