As soon as we receive your order it will be logged in our order book.
All of our Naive Textile Art jewellery pincushion boxes, trinket boxes and Big Bow Bags are handmade to order so please allow up to 5 working days for delivery (although we are quite often quicker than this). We will endeavour to get your order to you in the shortest possible time.
During peak ordering times your order might occasionally take a little longer. Should this happen we will notify you immediately.
If you have a special date that you would like a Naive Textile Art piece by, please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you in time.
We take great pride in handling your order quickly. We endeavour to despatch all orders for dyed jade, silver or gold plated earrings, necklaces, rings and stick pins within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Please allow 5 working days for UK delivery.
In some circumstances, some orders may take up to 30 days to complete.
No charges are made until goods are ready for despatch.
