The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. You will be required to pay delivery charges on orders under £35.00 and it may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. We will not accept liability for any errors in description of goods on the website or product information, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them. All prices are correct at time of going to press (March 2011).
Payment: The NOTHS website is a secure website. You can pay using any of the cards featured on the checkout page.
Delivery:We aim to deliver your goods within 7 working days from receipt of your order (subject to availability). In the event that an item is out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date. Some items are to order and will take up to 28 days delivery (Teepees), this is specified on the website. Any items that are being customised to your specifications can not be refunded.
Cancellation:You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the second working day from the date you place your order. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. To cancel your contract you must notify us, by email to NOTHS quoting your name and order reference in either instance. UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 In law you have a separate right of cancellation during a period of 7 days after receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel under this provision, please e-mail us at www.notonthehighstreet.com. We will refund your payment on return of the item concerned (see Returns on how to return the item). The seven days start when the goods are delivered.
Returns and exchanges: We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not, just return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days and we will issue you with a full refund for the price of the item. It would help us if you would state the reason for the return. We will refund postage costs if the return is due to a fault on our behalf.
Trade Descriptions Act: All dimensions are approximate and although every care has been taken to ensure that the colours are reproduced accurately. Due to the constraints of digital reproduction on different web browsers, we cannot guarantee exact colour depiction.
General: The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions, but do not affect your statutory rights.
