Personailsed items cannot be refunded unless a mistake has been made on the part of Moobaacluck. Unpersonalised items may be refunded in full if they are returned in exactly the same condition they were sent to you in.
If you are really unhappy with something you have commissioned please contact Gabriella to discuss possible alterations which would be free of charge, (excluding postage back to Moobaacluck). If your item cannot be altered you wlll need to re order specifying your requirements through the Not on the High Street website.
It is very important to Moobaacluck that the customer is happy with their order; so if there are any problems at all please contact gabsbuckingham@gmail.com immediately on receipt of the item to discuss the matter.
