We aim to deliver our goods within 3 - 5 days of receiving your order. However, during busy periods or when items are out of stock, please allow up to 28 days. We will notify you promptly if any item is delayed.

If you return an item within 7 days, unused, we will exchange it or refund the cost of the goods. (Please advise us before dispatching anything) If you need to return an item to us, please wrap it securely, including a copy of the invoice supplied. The delivery charge on the original order is not refunded. We do not take responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. We advise you to send the package/s insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We do not offer freepost on returned items. You must inform us of any breakages or damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Whilst colour photographs and printing are as accurate as possible, slight variations from the original may occur. All sizes given are approximate.
