Any defect which arises from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, misuse or abuse or any failure by you to install, and/or maintain the product, part or component according to our Millhouse published instructions, or any modification, alteration or repair of the products, parts or components without our written approval.
Natural variations in wood grain or figure or the presence of character marks Changes in surface finishes due to aging or exposure to light, heat or moisture The matching of colours, grains, or textures of natural materials
How will my claim be resolved?
We will either repair the faulty component/part/product or replace the faulty component/part/product which is reasonably considered to be compatible.
