RETURNS POLICY

When you receive your item, we request that you check the item as soon as possible and always before wearing.

You have 7 days to cancel your oder, this period starts the day that you receive the item.

Please contact us should you wish to return your item and we will assist you with the process.

Unfortuantely, we are unable to accept the return of items unless they are in the original condition at point of receipt or faulty. Items must be returned with the tags attached.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

Our apologies if you have received an incorrect item by error. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will rectify this for you. We ask you to return the unwanted item within 14 days and we will then issue a refund or a replacement.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Our sincere apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. Please contact us as soon as possible detailing the damage/ fault and we will resolve this with you.

COST OF RETURNING ITEMS

Should you wish to return an unwanted item, please note that you will be refunded for the item minus the shipping cost.

Please note that we can only refund the postage costs for returning an item where we sent you the wrong item, or the item is damaged or faulty.
