An order can be cancelled up to 7 days from the point of order for a full refund.

Orders cancelled 7 to 21 days after point of order will be subject to a 50% refund.

Due to the bespoke nature of our business and because our furniture is made entirely to your specifications and not from stock, once this cancellation period has elapsed it will not be possible to cancel the order or return the furniture after delivery.

All products are handmade to order from solid woods, leathers, and fabrics and each item will be individual. Because of this, each piece of furniture will have slight differences in colour and structure. Wood and leather pieces will certainly have different grain patterns.
