Fulfilment and Delivery

We always send orders within the UK by Royal Mail Special Delivery so please ensure you are available to sign for the delivery at the address stated in your order form. It may be sensible therefore to use your daytime work place address for delivery.

Non-delivery

Should your order fail to arrive within 28 days from date of the payment being cleared, please contact Mai Pearls.

Whilst all reasonable care is taken to ensure accuracy of the contents on this site, please note that pearls are natural products and so no two strings of pearls are the same in terms of shape, size or colour. As natural products, they also have small defects on them. Please note the lengths of necklaces and bracelets are approximate due to their handmade nature. Furthermore, in view of changes in reproduction on the NOTHS website, there may be small changes in colour.
