We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, you have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify us the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements and perishable products are non-refundable.
Customers are liable for the cost of returning the item to us, and we would highly recommend the use of an Orange Royal Mail Signed For Service to ensure the safe return of your item. We will refund the cost of Magpie Accessories goods upon receipt via notonthehighstreet.com.
The address to send your returns to will be included in your order confirmation, and you must include this with your return. Please drop us an email with your ORDER NUMBER and 'RETURN' in the subject box, we will then expect your return.
The national customs and import conditions and the corresponding costs are applicable, depending upon the land to which we deliver. Please inform yourself in advance to these costs, because said cost are the responsibility of the customer or the recipient.
If you would like to exchange an item we will not charge additional postage and packaging.
