All products listed on my website apart from bespoke name cards and personalised writing sets, which are made to order, are currently in stock.

Payment is subject to the terms and conditions of www.notonthehighstreet.com. Orders are sent via Royal Mail within 2-5 working days of receiving payment, depending on stock availability, size of order and time of year. Please check my product pages for further guidance.

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes out of stock when I receive your order, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative product.

If you do not receive your order, please contact me by clicking on the ’ask seller a question’ button within 14 days of placing your order, quoting your order number and original date of order.
