The products shown are held in stock at our Devon shop. Subject to availability, we aim to despatch orders within 48 hours, to arrive with UK customers within seven working days.Parcels are shipped using Royal Mail and our couriers, Interlink Express and Hermes.PLEASE ALWAYS PROVIDE A DELIVERY ADDRESS AT WHICH YOUR PARCEL CAN BE SIGNED FOR.Dependent on weight and size of the parcel we may use our courier service. A signature WILL BE required on delivery. If you are out when delivery is attempted a calling card will be left. Please follow the instructions on the calling card to arrange a re-delivery.Once your order has been dispatched the delivery address cannot subsequently be changed and the re-delivery must be to the address on the parcel. Three attempts will be made to deliver your parcel after which the parcel will be returned to us. Any further deliveries will incur additional charges.Interlink Express deliver between 9.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Hermes deliver between Monday to Friday.Royal Mail deliver between Monday to Saturday.You will be responsible for retrieving undelivered parcels.
