The hand-made nature of these products means that designs will vary from item to item.

Some pieces are one-offs or limited editions - as a result all products are subject to availability. If a product becomes out of stock when I receive your order, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative product.

I carry a small amount of furniture stock, but supply will depend on current demand. If an item needs to be made to order you will be informed of the estimated delivery time.

Ceramics are usually sent via Royal Mail First Class Post within 3-5 working days of receiving payment, depending on stock availability, size of order and time of year.

If you do not receive your order, please contact me by clicking on the ’ask seller a question’ button within 14 days of placing your order, quoting your order number and original date of order.
