If you are not happy with your jewels, you may return the item for a refund or exchange provided it is unworn (except for trying it on), in perfect condition and the original packaging.  With regret, no refunds or exchanges are offered for earrings, unless they are faulty. 

Please contact Lorna within 7 days of receipt of the jewels to arrange the return and obtain proof of posting.  Your money will be refunded within 28 days once the goods are received.
