Hand made products

As all products are hand made to order using a variety of high quality fabrics, including vintage fabrics and buttons we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will be exactly the same as the one you see on screen. Measurements are approximate. You will of course receive the design ordered but there may be very subtle differences. However, this adds to the appeal as each item is totally unique.

Delivery

Three delivery options are available (choice made at the final stage of checkout):

Free Delivery
£1.45 Standard Delivery
£3.95 Guaranteed Delivery

Free Delivery and Standard Delivery are not guaranteed and items are not insured. Delivery will take 3-5 days from dispatch. Proof of delivery is available upon request.

Guaranteed delivery ensures items are insured, a signature will be required and tracking information is available upon request. Should items be lost on their way to you a replacement or exchange can be issued.

Returns

Every care is taken to ensure you that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not items can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days or receipt, in original packaging and resalable condition. It is the responsibility of the customer for returned goods to arrive safely to Loosethread before a refund is issued. Therefore, Recorded Delivery (signature required) is recommended as refunds or exchanges can not be given for items lost on their way back.

Personalised items cannot be returned, unless faulty.

Should you have faulty items please contact us and return your purchase within 28 days. If the claim is agreed we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase.
