Unless an Express or Guarenteed delivery option is used, Little Red's items are all sent Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Any items which are 'lost' in the postal system but have been delivered using Royal Mail Special delivery, Recorded delivery or a signed for courier cannot be refunded or a replacement item provided, if they have been signed for at the correct address.
