UK Deliveries:

Unless an Express or Guarenteed delivery option is used, Little Red Designs items are all sent Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and a signature will be required upon delivery. Should the item end up at the Royal Mail Delivery Depot/ Sorting Office, any First Class Recorded Delivery parcels must be collected within 1 week, or they will be returned to sender.

Any items which are 'lost' in the postal system but have been delivered using Royal Mail Special delivery, Recorded delivery or a signed for courier cannot be refunded or a replacement item provided, if they have been signed for at the correct address.

For your information; Royal Mail will not consider an item to be 'lost' until 15 WORKING days has passed; until this time, it is still considered 'in transit' . After 15 WORKING days, the issue will be investigated by Royal Mail.

Should yor item be delayed and you require the Royal Mail Track and Trace code for your item, please do not hesitate to contact Little Red Designs.

International Deliveries:

There is a shipping cost for all international deliveries. If applicable to the destination country, all parcels are sent via Royal Mail's Airsure and they should take between 6 - 10 working days to arrive, depending on the country of destination. If Airsure in not available for the desintation country, all items are posted Airmail (this take 1-2 days longer than). International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties associated with shipping after the item reaches their respective country.
