All Victorian gowns and small orders are normally dispatched within 10 working days of receipt of order. Orders for the bespoke service may take up to 28 days. If there is any delay in sending out your order we will contact you to tell you of the problem and also the expected delivery date.

Please be aware that all the vintage gowns are originals and has been pre-owned. As a result they may have tiny flaws commensurate with age and use. Unless stated in the main description, these are not immediately noticeable.

Perfect condition: no visible marks, holes or flaws

Excellent condition: extremely minor marks, holes of flaws that do not detract from the beauty of the gown.

Good condition: some visible marks, holes or flaws, but they do not detract from the beauty of the gown. Darning may have repaired some of the damage.Fair condition: some damage to the gown that may be noticable. More details of the damage will accompany the gown description.
