All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, unless requested otherwise or special delivery instructions are outlined with your order.

Recorded Delivery items will need a signature so please provide a delivery address convenient for you. If you are not in at the time of delivery and do not collect the parcel at the collection office specified within the time stated on the card it will be returned to us and you will be asked to pay for the order to re-sent out to you (please note that this may be higher than what was paid at time of order).

If an item is requested to be sent out standard Royal Mail or special delivery instructions are left, precluding the use of Recorded Delivery, proof of postage will be obtained, but we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Some heavier orders, such as multiple doorstops, will be sent out via courier. The courier will require a signature so please provide a delivery address that is convenient for you to accept the delivery. Alternatively, if you are unable to be in to accept the delivery and are happy to accept the risk, please leave instructions for the delivery driver such as 'please leave in shed', 'please leave with neighbour' or 'no signature required'. If the parcel is returned to us due to non-acceptance of delivery you will be charged at cost for the order to be re-sent out to you (please note that this is likely to be higher than what was paid at time of placing your order).
