We don't want to bombard you with too many terms and conditions, but here are the basics!■ All orders will be delivered within 28 days of receipt of order. The delay is because we make each piece individually to order.■ Postage is included in the price of each item.■ We pack each box well to minimise damages. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please contact us immediately. Please keep the item in its original packaging as this is necessary for our claim. Of course, we will replace any item that arrives damaged■ Please be aware that each item is handmade and handpainted so one item will differ slightly to another. This means that each product is entirely unique! ■ Also note that as we make each item from wood there may some variation in grain. Over time there may also be movement in joints and surfaces. This is down to the nature of ‘real wood' as opposed to synthetic materials and we feel adds to the individuality of each product.■ On personalised items we can not be held liable for any errors resulting in misspelling on your original order. Please double check spellings on the order form before submitting your order to us.

Please note that items can only be returned if there is a problem with them and we must be informed wthin 7 days from receipt of any issues. This policy supercedes any other policy which may be operated by Not on the High Street (e.g. Extended Christmas returns, which we are not party to.)
