As we handmake and handpaint every item to order, delivery can occasionally take up to 28 days. Of course we will try to get items to you quicker but at times the 28 day limit may apply. Please send us a message prior to ordering if you require your order more quickly.

We include delivery for mainland UK within the cost of every item, but deliveries further afield incur a further cost. Bird boxes requiring mainland UK delivery are by UPS but other UK postcodes could be by other services. Wooden Messages are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery.
