How and when will my purchases be delivered?

Your order will be sent on a 1st class Royal Mail delivery service.

We also offer an Express shipping service, if a signature cannot be obtained the item will be taken to your local sorting office and you will need to collect the item in person.

If the item is not collected within 7 days it will be retuned to us, we are unable to resend the item until it has been returned to us and additional postage costs will apply.

Please ensure that a signature is attainable at the delivery address given at point of order, or that the item is collected from your local sorting office within 7 days.

If your order is more urgent, and we have the item you require in stock, you can choose Express Delivery for UK orders only. These service costs are outlined on the www.notonthehighstreet.com website. Orders placed by 1pm will be shipped the same day to arrive the next working day. Express next day orders are placed on a Friday are not guaranteed to arrive on a Saturday. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following working day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

We aim to deliver most Standard Delivery orders within one to two business days if the items are in stock. Delivery time will be longer for orders outside of the UK. Please see www.royalmail.co.uk for further details.

How will my order be packaged?

All jewellery will be beautifully gift wrapped in our branded packaging, wrapped and tissue and sprinkled with pink hearts. There is no extra charge for this.

What gift service do you offer?

All purchases will be delivered fully gift wrapped in our beautiful branded packaging. We will happily send directly to your gift recipient. Your personal message will be printed onto the gift note and this will be enclosed with the order. No reference to the value of the item will be included. At the checkout please select the ‘gift note’ option.
